Yesterday i did my oil change i drove it for a couple mins and then parked it, Then today i started to drive and then 3 ish minutes later i could feel the car losing power and then the red triangle popped up and wouldnt let me drive. I got the codes p3190 and p0A0F, but i also checked dr prius and saw that the voltage for battery block 2 was different than the others. Im not too sure what im looking at if anybody can help that would be great. Thank you

Since you just recently did an oil change, have you checked the oil level on your car? Make sure the level is correct.

If the HV battery were bad, there would be more indicators to alert you, more than just the red triangle

1.25 volts difference between HV battery blocks. That's pretty much definitive of a failed module (shorted cell).

The pack is made up of 14 blocks in series. A block is a pair of battery modules. Each sealed module has 6 x 1.2V NiNH cells. So 14 x 2 x 6 x 1.2 = 201.6V nominal.

The HV battery ecu monitors the voltage of each block. As long as they stay within about 0.3V most of the time, the ecu is ok. If it goes above that for more than a few seconds, then it sets codes.

Use the search function as there are MANY threads about HV battery repair or replacement.

I "refurbished" the pack when I first got my 2006. Took lots of research and time. Lasted about 50k .

Then I got a new pack from Toyota without hesitation. Zero problems.
