My Techstream 18 won't access (show) the 'Utilities' submenu from the ABS selection in order to bleed the brakes. Would anyone know why? Thanks.
Thank you for responding! Pirated copy, unless you spend a lot of $, aren't they all? I bought mine on amazon. My cable communicates with the car, and when I click on ABS, it tells me there are no trouble codes. Unless I'm doing something wrong, the "Utilities" tab should be on the left side, but is not an option.
Yes, used an older version. It came on a hard drive and I simply installed the hard drive on a laptop which works perfectly. Cost about $100 though, but worth it for me having two gen 3's.
Most people have the same issue with the pirated copy. Some have better results with a better cable. Someone will chime and and let you know which one to get. I just purchased the XTools D8, and have had no issues….
