I have a problem with my prius v, after a few days of parking the battery died. I connected it to the charger and no effect. the power button does not light up either green or orange. The lights work, in the cabin, brake lights, hazard lights and the padlock indicator light flashes. I think I have checked all the possibilities described on the forum. I checked the fuse by the battery in the trunk 140 amps, under the fuse box 125 amps, all smaller fuses. in the fuse box there is a voltage above 12v, the inverter also has a voltage above 12v. What else could I check?

Pull the battery and take it for a free load test at most auto parts stores

Indicates you have the wrong fob - your locked-out or wrong key....

I also thought the fob battery could be dead. You can hold a dead fob up to the Power button and start the car if that is the problem.

I bought also new battery, nothing change
I have two fobs and it's the same with each. I checked with a friend in the same Prius and the lock light flashes all the time until you start the car.
This I tried too and didn’t work

When you press the start button without pressing the brake pedal, does something happen?

@alexik96, You need to start testing, rather than throw random parts at the car.
Here in the US, whenever the padlock icon is on - that means the security/anti-thief system is activated. That shuts down the ECU, so the car won't run. I don't know if someone jail-broke the security lock-outs or improperly re-keyed the car. You should never see that icon lit, but since this happened after your battery went FLAT - that may have been enough to force the ECU back to factory defaults and kick out your keys.
The other things to check is fuse and relays, as if they are not getting power to boot-up the other ECUs within your car. I'm assuming you have a good battery. FWIW, seeing 12VDC on a battery doesn't mean it's a good battery. I've seen many batteries with 12VDC that won't start a car. I know out there in Poland, there's a lot of counterfeit parts; that's why you need to test them BEFORE installing them.

    Hope this helps....

Say what? That light blinks all the time when the car is off. Car antitheft systems have been like that for ages. It's the "hey thief, go steal some other car, this one's got a blinking light" light. (They were probably more effective back in the early days, when not every car in sight had its own blinking light on the dash.)

That's from a gen 3 liftback owners' manual, but you get the idea.

It's funny how many conversations I've had even IRL with people who have had a car for years and never noticed that light blinking till yesterday, then cannot be told it was doing that all along, and insist it only just started.

Sorry, let me rephrase - It shouldn't be lit, if it recognizes your key/FOB. @ChapmanF - Yes it does flash when active, which is whenever it doesn't see the key/FOB. We never notice it because when we unlock and jump into the car, it's usually OFF. If the fob battery is dead or near dead, you may still see the lockout flashing - so you need to do the dead fob startup routine.
