Hi? i am new here, i noticed the coolant was not moving in the reservoir, i had two flash of the over temp on the dash but doesn't stay on. i bought the inverter pump, i drove the car into the garage to change the inverter pump and coolant as well. i disconnected the battery, i removed the inverter completely out to get access to the pump. i removed and replace the pump, connect all the wiring and hoses. add coolant, i tried to start the car, everything turns on but it will not go into ready. the message pop up check hybrid system, pull over, . the dash light icons stays on. i used obd to check, it says no code. prior to doing the replacement of the pump, there was no obd code. please help.

i tried removing the white wire in the fuse box still no start. i need guidance on what to do next.

thank you very much for your wisdom and ideas

If the hybrid system does not start, there is a reason for this.

I have a guess that you did not latch the connectors somewhere.

Your scanner does not see the codes because the hybrid codes are specific and not all scanners can detect and read them.

Did you remove the orange safety plug from the hybrid battery when you worked on the car?

Yes i removed the orange plug and when i was done working on the inverter, i plugged it back. all plugs were put back and screw down. all bolts removed were install and no bolt left out or left over.

Make sure you slide the lever, step #3. Many people fail to do the last step.

See post #37 in the thread linked in post #6 above.

The Autel AP200 is an excellent choice. It is $60 + tax on Amazon.
