I'm old school and like cars with fenders that are just one colour. Thus I want to have the plastic trim painted the same colour as the body. I asked about wrapping it but the guy talked about off gassing. I see some bolts under the back and those plastic push in clips in a few spots but there are also some plastic nuts that you can twist off with your hand.
Can't speak for the fronts, but the rears are held in by bolts/screws at both ends and then the trim snaps in along the circumference. Like everything in a modern car, they're tricky to take it off but super easy to put back on. Take your time and have a top-grade super glue standing by. I use one by Loctite that includes an activator for better bonding. (Loctite Super Glue Plastics Bonding System) Here's the part diagram for both the front and rear. You should be able to get an idea of where the fasteners are using it.
Hey there, the front ones are easier I believe, held in by a screw or two on the bottom and the rest you can pull it out since it's all clips. Cheers!
