Hello again everyone.. Needless to say this is the first hybrid I have ever owned. I am a little older so may be slow and not understand how postings, discussions etc work and where. But, here goes. I need help with All of the Windows in a Prius. The back bottom window on hatchback looks like it has tint but not sure about the larger one above it. It appears that there is a sticker on the Front Windshield of Coating (maybe some coating-not sure). The rest of the windows do not look like they are coated or tinted. I live at the beach and the sun and the heat in the summer is awful. (East Coast) No garage so the car is out in the sun. I went to a car tinting place in town and they suggested Ceramic Tinting or cover which take care of the uv rays, heat and the sun itself. NC has tinting laws and so I cannot possibly cover the windshield or maybe as stated I there may be something already there. I would like to have ceramic because it is the highest protection allowed. Cost $450-$600 ceramic. Since I bought from the original owner - I do not know tinting history. Need advice. Is it coated at the factory? I am so looking forward to getting my purchase comfortable (meaning me) calm about this car. Thanks everyone for any help.
