They have not downloaded the wiring diagrams either. Being a Prius Prime adds complexity as well.

However I am pretty sure the
"HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: HV RELAY ASSEMBLY (for PHEV Model)" is inside the Prime's large battery assembly and is also known as the "NO. 1 TRACTION BATTERY DEVICE BOX ASSEMBLY".

Once in TIS, you define your model and provide a vin which helps narrow the search.

Yes, everything is inside the battery case.
