I have a new PP premium and when I got it 2 months ago I was able to keep track of my charging and Kw used to charge the traction battery. Since Jan 8 that no longer works on the app. I've call the dealer about it but they can't help. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the record of charding dates and electricity used? Thanks
I've charged my Prime every day since I got it in early December, (about 6 weeks ago). That is 4 or 5 times total according to the app's charge log. I have a water heater that's the same way. Heavily promoted app integration; the app is not able to perform any of its listed functions. (At least you can use the Toyota app for a remote tire gauge, which is handy; Rheem's app has zero useable functionality.) You'd think that someone in these large companies would say, "Hey, the app we love to advertise doesn't actually DO any of the stuff we're advertising. Won't the customers hate us?" ....but that's not how they roll.
What I don't understand is why it worked well for about 5 weeks, and then it stopped logging the charger dates on Jan 8? I thought I had done something wrong on the App or Multi info displlay, hence my post. Thanks
