MFD with vertical lines

    The MFD In my Prius had 7 buttons,
    4 on the left
    Display- no issue
    Info - no issue
    Climate - no issue
    Audio - no issue
    3 on the right
    Menu- nothing then times out to vertical lines
    Dest - same as above
    Map - same as above
    In fact the screen times out and defaults to the vertical lines.
    I'll attach pictures, any help is appreciated, suggestions to troubleshoot, etc.
