The LED instrument display on my 2024 LE has dust and fingerprints on it that I'd like to clean off. I don't see any reference in the books to cleaning it. It has a PLASTIC rather than glass surface.
    Any suggestions??

A soft microfiber very lightly wetted with a bit of water(preferably distilled). Don't need to use any chemicals.

Can also use the microfiber without water if the debris and fingerprints are light and wipe off easy.

LOL...yep soft mircofiber towel & water.
There is also Meguires plastic polish.

But, if dust (or fingerprints) is behind the lens... well service manual :)

I use microfiber towel and chemical guys interior cleaner. It's safe to use on screens. I've been using it since my gen 4

I guess anybody who managed to get fingerprints behind the lens would already know the disassembly routine

Anything other than water can be a crapshoot. My son used something on such a display, reacted with the plastic, he had to get an overlay shield.

Yeah, they might even have exotic antireflective coatings or whatnot on there.

I still remember a time I took a clean piece from a pad of photographic lens tissue—and a few drops of a lens cleaning fluid sold by Kodak for the purpose of cleaning lenses—and dabbed it on an almost-new camera lens, and immediately watched the lens coating get streaked around wherever the tissue went.

Nowadays I just wipe my phone on my pants and it seems to take pictures ok.

I use a Swiffer Duster for the dust, which shows clearly on the shiny black interior.

I use a California Duster & nothing else. Does not get rid of fingerprints but keeps the dust away without having some shiny dash
