Facebook marketplace groups are really hammering away at this Prius overland fella whoever that is is that the Jimmy neutron dude or whatever I mean there's a couple of people that are just hammering or hit this every other day or week it seems like. Seems funny to me though. If you don't get a red flag by a business that's run predominantly on Facebook in the automotive world contracting construction world that sort of thing you've got a problem with identifying things or something that should be an immediate issue okay to talk and have fun with but other than that send your money for product etc okay well we'll see how that goes for you.

it's tough building a new business, as he is fond of saying. so let your customers bear the burden.
    same thing happened with 'newpriusbatteries'.
once you stray from established companies, it's buyer beware, and even with established companies sometimes

There is much more to his problems than getting started (or restarted). He has a 25 year history of trouble.

Sorry to hear that. I guess they took some lessons from the old PriusChat shop? ;)

Same story with Prius Overlanding. When you find easy money without consequence, you stick to it.

I recently spent quite a bit of time looking through earlier forum posts about aftermarket batteries. Rather than start a lot of negative posts about the newpriusbatteries, I think it would be worth the time to review the posts made by 2k1toaster, for those researching new hybrid batteries prior to purchasing. I think a lot of the problems were personal illness issues combined with the normal covid staffing and supply chain crap that happened. Have you seen more recent posts or problems?

Short lifespans were the real problem.

I think the fact that 2k1Toaster hasn't logged into this website since March 1st of last year gives you all the information you need about their enthusiasm for their project of late. It's interesting that his website is still updating the availability of the next shipment.
