Replace ABS: how often is buzz sound

    So I am scheduling for a dreadful ABS (used) replacement ... what is the chatting/buzz sound would a normal ABS functional ? from my typical gen 2, a compressed during starting up and thing should be quiet for a while, unless. braking is apply during say- traffic jamp ???

    What seems kind of normal to me is once when you open the driver's door after sitting for a while, and once every few uses of the brake. How many a 'few' is depends on several variables including how hard you apply the brakes.

    What you don't want is for it to sit there repeatedly pumping for its own private reasons when you're not even applying the brakes.
