My 2024 newly delivered Limited does not seem to have a HUD capability. Was the HUD function deleted during the 2024 Model year? Thank you.
I just looked at the brochures and neither 2023 no 2024 list a HUD on any trim level, so it was not deleted during the 2024 model year, assuming you have a Prius Limited,
Correct. The HUD option was not carried over to the gen5. There's really no need with the new location of the display.
The TINY font on very small dash display showing some of the former HUD info is so small to be dangerous to read and drive. It is like they ported HUD info to that small,almost useless display. My 3 prior loved toyotas all had HUD and I found them VERY helpful. My Prius does have all the limitations mentioned by many. It is mistaken often for a Tesla and is more peppy than my two preceding Prius and RAV4 PRIMES. Thank you for any comments.
