Hi All, Has anyone seen the lithium upgrade pack for a PiP from NexPower (Sodiumhybrid.com)? I received an email just recently that you can upgrade to their lithium battery pack. I have attempted to reach out to them a few times via email and have not had any response. They also do not have a phone number to be able to talk to a real person. I am leery of dropping 5k to some company that is not very responsive with their emails, I have attempted to send to [email protected], asking about shipping to Ohio, as I cannot determine if they ship. iwould look at all the other nexpower threads to learn about the company, its products, and its responsiveness to problems.
So are you a previous customer trying to upgrade your old lithium or are you just wanting to ask a certain question? Will they ship to you? The answer is yes. Jack will take care of any other questions you may have before, during and after purchase.
Thanks for the info about shipping. I am looking to purchase a new battery. I have never purchased a battery pack from Nexpower. The email I received stated that I could pre-order an upgrade battery pack, this was back in Dec 14, 2024. I have sent some emails to [email protected], but no one responds, this was back before the LA fires started. Are the fires impacting shipping or manufacturing?
I thought the lithium modules were no longer being sold due to problems they were having and have been replaced by the sodium batteries, which are an upgrade to the lithium upgrade? Maybe they still have some PIP lithium batteries available, but if you're in Ohio, you may want to do your DD as I think the problems that were occurring were due to low temps.. I may be wrong, so someone should be along shortly tp provide more accurate information.
