I feel for you .. Prius don't like to sit in car parks. Corollas and Yaris don't mind at all

 

due diligence on the oil burning, clogged egr circuit, blown head gasket, brake actuator problems.

I'd look for a manufacture date close to the end of the Gen 3 production run, less likely to have the head gasket issues.
I wouldn't worry too much about the odometer reading, but be aware of the EGR problems and check for "blow by" and blocked crankcase ventilation by warming the engine up, then placing a piece of paper or beer coaster, over the oil filler hole once the filler cap it removed .... it should hold there, even with the motor revved, if it doesn't, look for another unit if you can't confirm it is just a blocked crankcase recirculation problem .....
