Has anybody found Coastaletech completely unresponsive lately? I placed an order for a Lockpick for my 2006 Prius back in December on the 19th. There have been a series of delays and I still haven't received the product yet event though they charged my credit card in full. Despite 3 emails to their support email address and a message on their machine, I haven't heard a peep. For those that have dealt with this company before, is there any advice that you have? Thanks.
Be patient. If it's in stock it's generally quick. Unless there's a problem, they won't ding your credit card until your item actually ships. I ordered the NAV Override kit (pre Lockpick) and the Auto Lock kit in April '05. I received the Auto Lock in September '05 and the NAV kit in January '06. I ordered the EV kit in February '06 and it arrived about a week later (Florida to California).
A few days after Christmas, I ordered the Ultimate Lockpick 3 for my 2006 Prius. I received it on January 9th. I'm waiting for some free time to install it. I received an email with the tracking number a couple of days after I placed the order. Absolutely, no problems with them. Does anyone have any detailed instructions on the installation with photos perhaps? Or does anyone have a link to some previous topic related to installation of the UL3? Thanks in advance! Never mind, I just found the link of pictures from Timorman. Excellent pictures! I'll definitely use them as a guide when I perform my install.
