Help with removing rear seat plastic backs...

I'm about to install rear seat heaters in the middle seats (I have a 7-seater). I was looking for help removing the plastic backs to remove the upholstery. Is it just a matter of yanking off the backs? I don't want to break any plastic tags. Sorry, I just signed up to this site so that I could get some advice on this. I don't know if I posted this in the correct group.
