Need grid charger

So everything started with a friend helping me out with some gas. Unfortunately it had a lot of water in it. The car lost power and I was stranded on the side of the road less than 5 miles away from home at 1:00am or so. I didn't have any money to be able to call a tow truck no one had a dolly or trailer to tow it home. So in the rain and dark I got pulled home that night. I took the tank out and cleaned all the water out I also removed the injectors a cleaned the and all the fuel lines. But when I went to start the car it would barely run and the traction battery was completely dead. I'm pretty sure I need to charge the traction battery to get the car to actually start up. I'm currently out of work and my wife is having health problems that we can not get a diagnosis for so she is not able to work right now. I was just wondering if there is anyone who lives anywhere near me that has a grid charger I could possibly use? I am going to build one but I have been having a spend the little money I can manage to earn on fuel to drive my suburban to my wife's appointments. I live in Carnation Washington it's about 30 miles east of Seattle. If anyone can help me with parts to build one or has one I could use to charge my car up I would love you forever for your help.
