Hello community. I would like to get you guys' opinions on what's going on with my 2nd gen Prius.

First, here were the codes on Techstream: P3000(Curr Conf, Hist), B2799(Hist), P0A80(Curr Conf, Pend, Hist), C1256(Curr Conf), B1421 B1423(Curr Conf), and B1422(Hist).

There were the red triangle, check engine, ABS, car with exclamation mark lights. These lights came up in the morning on extreme cold days and stayed for the duration of the extreme cold weather. They had come up once previously in the morning when it was extremely cold, but I was without a mini VCI and techstream back then, but all them went away the next day when the temperature got less cold. Same thing happened this most recent time. Those lights came on for the few extremely cold days in a row, and disappeared now that the weather is less cold.

My summer MPG is 40, winter MPG is 35, and extreme cold MPG with all the warning lights is 30.

Do you guys think that the Hybrid battery needs replaced? Or something else is going here?

    Thank you in advance!

P0A80 is the battery. sometimes it is corrosion inside the case. it's worth opening it up and taking a look in detail.
looks like the brake actuator too.
make sure your 12v is good, which can sometimes show false codes.
