After two years of fidgeting around and moving things, decided to convert it for the space once and for all. I know my user name says 2nd gen, but I actually have a 3rd gen now. If you are in the SoCal area or traveling to/from here, would like to purchase or copy your rear seat platform. Or if anyone knows a reputable builder, lmk. Thanks all.
