Most of what's easy or hard about using an OBD-II scanner comes down to the use you make of what it tells you, looking up the related information in the repair manual and following what you learn from that. There's not very much the tool can do to make that part easier or harder.

Any Autel running Maxi AP app should be able to run their Toyoda 193 MB software that contains the tools to bleed ABS etc. with this company it seems to be a packaging issue The AP200 was a very good deal for the money they were charging for it and then all of a sudden it was not available discontinued something something and the replacement for the AP200 is not capable of doing much of anything except reading the codes and doesn't have the tools that the 200 had apparently I have looked at it I've had people send me the links to it or whatever but I wouldn't trust it until somebody buys it and uses it and says it works or something

The Autel AP200 is a very good choice. The price for it is about $60 on Amazon.

Edit: I provided the same link in one of your other threads on September 13, 2024.

I was asking similar questions last summer. The post that Brian1954 linked above helped me decide on the Autel AP2000.

My experience with it is discussed in the following thread, starting around post #27. Took me a while to learn how to get it to work, but it eventually did what I needed it to do.

You just have to remember unless they've updated this thing it will not work past Android 12 I thought there was something wrong with the device and was getting ready to send it back and the people at the company told me that something happened with their update to carry on the windows 13 and 14 and they weren't sure that they could fix it I told them and not certain way that they must be idiots but such as life if they want to scrap the whole thing because they've made a mistake or something that's great so you just get a Android 12 or less tablet they cost nothing and just use that for your automotive needs so if you break it something happens to it you've got nothing in it but other than that that's been the only hiccup with this thing It's actually faster than Toyota I've noticed it goes into the menus and stuff quicker I'm quite surprised and I have a real version of TIS came straight off the dealership

What do you want to be able to do? How much is "inexpensive"?

The least expensive apps and devices are "easy" to use, but are very limited on what systems they can connect to, and what codes, data, etc they can view.

More capable tools cost more and do more, but are more "complicated". (The Prius IS a complex car).
