    Hi!
Man, I have been through it with my Prius. In 2021my catalytic converter was stolen. In November, the famous whirring noise and ABS, Brake, (!), and VSC light came on. I replaced the brake actuator, bled the brakes, and put everything back together. I made sure to reinstall the orange HV plug correctly after I was done.

I am now getting these codes when using Dr. Prius and Car Scanner. Please tell me this has something to do with me installing the actuator and not a new Hybrid Battery issue.

    CODES:
    P0A80
    P0A0D
    P3000

    Car Symptoms:
    Car starts and runs
Hybrid battery fan is running loudly
    Block 1 reads 16.46 v
    All other blocks around 16.8v

    Thanks!

This code indicates the safety interlock switch – either at the inverter or HV battery Service Grip – is not installed correctly. You need to check both these if you also removed the HV battery service grip while doing your work.

The other two codes indicate the battery ECU's dissatisfaction with the state of the hybrid vehicle (HV) battery. You might get that solved by a top balance charge if you're lucky. Or not.

Woah! Thank you! I haven’t checked the inverter. Where is the interlock switch in the inverter?

I made the assumption you partly disassembled the inverter to do the brake actuator/accumulator but if you didn't then double-check the service plug grip. A lot of people don't do the third step.
