    Hello group,
On a recent cold (around 0 F) morning, my 2018 Prime greeted me with the "Hybrid System Malfunction - Visit Your Dealer" message. First time seeing that one! Due to timing issues, the dealer couldn't be visited immediately, and the message disappeared after 3-4 driving cycles. No real known issue before or since.

I was finally able to read the codes with an OBDLink LX and the bundled OBDWiz app, which I'm not sure if I trust. Only one code: P3004. Some FreezeFrame data:
    Engine coolant temperature: 419 °F
    Intake air temperature: 32 °F
    Barometric pressure: 0 inHg
    Control module voltage: 10.91 V
    Ambient air temperature: -40 °F
    Accelerator pedal position D: 15.69 %
    Accelerator pedal position E: 31.76 %
Hybrid battery pack remaining charge: 83.14 %
Intake manifold absolute pressure A: 0 inHg
    Hybrid/EV Battery System Voltage: 372 V
    Hybrid/EV Battery System Current: -3276.7 A

I do have an opinion, but I'm curious to hear yours.

    Thanks

I suspect that your 12 volt battery is causing the issue. Looks like your control module (car brain) isn't getting enough voltage. I'd replace the 12 volt battery and you'll be good to go.
