Problem 1. I replaced the fob battery thinking that was the issue but it did not fix the problem. Both fobs open all doors except the driver's door. This true for both fobs. All suggestions welcomed. Thank you.

Problem 2. The door lock/unlock switch on front passenger arm rest has gone down into the arm rest. How do I access? Where are trim and door cover attached?

problem 1: sounds like its the actuator gone bad. They sell rebuilt ones on eBay. Ive had to replace them on two different Prius.

Problem 2: theres a cover just behind the where the door handle is. One screw behind it. One more screw inside handle where you grab the door to close it. Theres a black foam piece covering it. Usually it's covered in grime. After those two screws are removed. You'll feel a piece of the plastic trim near the light bulb.Lower right side of panel. A few hard yanks and it will pop off. Once popped off you lift up and over the rubber trim on window.
