And how about the passenger side? Is that a 26” also?

Am I alone in thinking: measure them?

Yeah on the flipside, the sizes could be somewhat "nominal", but geez.

Autozone was a bust. Advanced Auto says Rain-X exact fit of 26" and 16" for Prime Adv. Size not in owners manual !? It's cold out and you guys are farther north than me.

Are aftermarket wipers now available for Prime? It had totally different connecter compared to Gen3, and I couldn't find any aftermarket ones that would fit. I ended up ordering OEM parts online from Toyota dealer. If you search, you will find the sales price (including shipping) about the same as what you would pay for the premium AM wipers.

Two years ago, I bought wiper blades for 4 cars for $3 per. I got $100 worth of blades for $33. A month after the sale was over, I figured out I didn't have the smaller passenger side blade for one car. I've got a great rainy day view as I drive around. The passenger can't see nothin'.

They are 28" and 16". The OEM replacement rubbers are part numbers 85214-78010 and 85214-47110 respectively. The cost is $14.99 each at a Toyota dealer, but it looks like $7.25 each at oempartworld.com.

My dealer sells them for $9 each. YMMV. Most of the online dealers markup shipping so much it's not worth it ($20 shipping).

Thanks. I bought OEM wiper blade from online Toyota dealer. The price was about the same as this aftermarket one. I also ordered replacement rubbers for $8 each. OEM wiper turned out to be very durable and good quality. I have not replaced original wipers yet after 16 months. Having a pair of spare blades and a pair of spare rubbers, I should be set for at least another 3-4 years.

Picked up a pair of Michelin blades at Costco last week - on sale for $5.99 each. Regular price is $8.99 each. A little tricky to put on as you have to use an adaptor piece as well as a different cover. Not as low-profile as the OEM, but for $12 you can't beat the price. Online reviews are pretty good for Michelin blades. OEMvsMichelin.jpg

Just looked up this by rain-x part number 5079281-2 on Amazon per post made early in thread. According to Amazon it does NOT fit my 2017 Prime. Looks like it's the wrong size? Are there variations in model year for Prime? Variations for "trim" levels? Are there practical "refill" rubber blades available?

Tried to link to this website but it never loaded, just keeps spinning. Using Ubuntu with Firefox. Dead link? Technical issue with OS?

Amazingly, after 7 years 3 months in New England, I'm still rocking my original wipers.
It's about time to replace them, I think, though they still wipe well.
I have never bought OEM wipers before, but I think these deserve it.
