Hello, I have a Prius Gen II (2007) 1.5 Hybrid, and I have recently had an issue with one of the fuses that has blown and took my car to my mechanic. He improvised a bit to make my car charge again, but I need to change this white component in the fuse box under the hood. I am not able to find it over the internet, how is it called? Thanks!
I believe essentially that's called your main fusible link generally the Toyota dealer and maybe the web I'm not sure about the web thing but for some reason I would think this would be available other places If you Google fusible link for generation 2 right here on this site you'll hear see people and threads talking about this it's kind of difficult to get out and you need to be careful I've seen people tear up a whole fuse box trying to fool with this generally if you stay away from jumper cables and foolishness this thing never ever goes bad so probably from a jump or something like that is how we've gotten to this point.
That is the fusible link assembly. Web search turns up Toyota part 82620-407050 (do not know if that fits all Gen 2 - EU might be different than US) Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
