Front brake pad part number is it

    1. 04465-AZ110
    2. 04465-AZ222
    3. 04465-47050

All of them shows as "exact fit". Which one is it? Is it because of them have hardware included or not?

$63 for uncoated regular rotors not cross drilled slotted or anything like that That's almost highway robbery The pad sets you can do better also you want to get the raybestos purple label with the hardware they're about $44 good set of pads no problems got them on a few of the cars including non Prius vehicles no problems with them at all rotors just basic regular rotors for the generation 2 $30 a pop

The -Axxxx parts are locally sourced and manufactured in the US to OEM specifications. The two different part numbers are probably from two different manufacturers. The -47050 is OEM.

I'd go with the cheapest one.

FYI, I put the -47050 on the Prius in 2014, and they shed a lot of brake dust that covers the front wheels. Considering how little the front brakes are used compared to conventional cars, I was surprised at the extent of it. So much so that I am considering shelling out for ceramic pads next time.

It seems 47050 is the right one. Checked with another dealer website and it lists only that one. 47050 is semi metallic? I have used Akebono's in various cars and really good. Did any one tried it on Prius? Raybestos(don't think it is purple), tried the semi metallic version the odyssey, but noisy compared to the the ceramic.

I don't think the pads were ever changed. Almost 150k on it now. It looks like green color 47050 on the car. It is not completely worn, but started making noise. So far wear indicators are not touching, but pretty close. First i thought it was suspension sound, kind of like creaking, then verified that (over bumps and all), no sound unless i apply the brakes. Rotor may be glazed, not sure. Not warped (no vibration on highway braking). Took them out, cleaned and re-lubed and put it back. Ran out of the brake lube, so could not lube the caliper pins. They seems not stuck and sliding fine. I should had done that. 15yr old grease :(. Just bought the Permatex Silicone Ceramic Extreme Brake Parts Lubricant. Seems better than regular. Won't harm the rubber boots.

Akebono are good pads and good brake equipment then using them for years when they're readily available for order Yes they make them for the Prius The Prius isn't a really specific pad I mean I said I don't think so I think that can fit quite a few calipers but anyway be that as it may It's good stuff if they have it for you it's usually very competitive
