Replaced 12V months ago, and still get this issue from time to time

For context my 12v was low so I replaced it because I was getting the Christmas tree effect.

It stopped for a while but from time to time comes back and goes away. Happening more frequently. Usually I know it's going to happen when the ABS starts kicking in on light breaking. Shortly after the Christmas tree arrives.

Dealerships are still 2-3 weeks backed up and aren't willing to really help.

I'm just curious if there's something I can do or if someone has any idea. Attached is a few screen shots from my scanner app and a written report of everything!

The battery is almost brand new! My voltage meter is showing normal readings but I definitely leave the car plugged in much longer than I need to. Sometimes for the weekend if I'm not driving so maybe that's the issue. It is on a timer though 1900-0700 daily

 

The battery was at 12.5v just after driving earlier today when I last checked it which I think is probably a bit low? I feel like it should have been more like 12.8 , I trickle charged it for 4-5 hours and resting at 13.4 now. I'll check again in the morning.

Definitely going to invest in a smart trickle charger and use it every week or so like suggested
