If I'm only replacing one TPMS sensor (pre-programmed), do they still need to relearn the other existing three that are already working?

Probably not but which one are you going to overwrite and you need the other four numbers to know what you're doing so I guess what you could do is when you break down the wheel that suspect and replace that TPMS sensor you'll have the numbers on the TPMS sensor they just removed then you can go into the AP200 or the tech menu and just overwrite the one you removed leave the other three press enter or next I'm not sure why you would do this to save I don't know $7 a wheel that's what my wheel place charges to put on my TPMS sensors I usually do this when the tires are worn out I take the wheels off cut them with my sawzall screw on the new TPMS sensors run the wheels with the cut tires in my other generation to up to the tire place with the four other tires and they break down the screwed up cut tires that I did mount the new tires I bring them back to the car put them on the car and are in the new numbers and I'm done I don't think I would just replace one because next week you'll be replacing another in the week after that possibly another I just do it all at once when the tires are pretty much worn down I'm only paying $24.99 for a set of duplicate copies or originals from the original maker Pacific on eBay I've bought four sets already they're all on cars working I've had no problems couple different sellers That's right $24.99 for a set of four so unless they're using some inferior battery or something they should last about the same as the originals the markings on them look the same logo looks the same The companies change the way these things have looked over the years The new ones look like the new ones that they make so with their fakes they've done it pretty good job and they work pretty good but that sounds like the way you would do that if you were forced to do this stuff that way for whatever reason.

It sometimes depends on what system is being used to program. I think some ask you for all 4 so you have to reenter the other three...

Is this the right plug? And after putting in staple to 5 & 7, do I leave it unplugged? And do I need to cut any existing wires? And what position are holes #5 & 7, looking from the back (opposite side of where wires go in) Btw, I have a 2011.

I wonder if "staple" is a misnomer for "paper clip", and he's doing some sorta jumper thing. Does feel like he's private messaging someone, or god knows what.
