I am new to all this, just bought the car a couple of months ago. I got the red triangle warning this saturday, and drove it to the dealer. They did a diagnostic and said that my battery is fine but that the little brain is the problem...and Toyota doesn't make them anymore. They have been trying to track down a used one. Anyone have this issue, and have any advice? I'm in Olympia, and would rather not take it to the dealer (they seem pretty nice and have a fairly good rep from what I've heard) if I can help it, because they charge so much. Thanks!
