I have a 2011 uninsured Toyota Prius that burned from an electrical fire from the garage. What you think I should do to it since I have until Monday until the house insurance demolition arrives and I just junk it or give it to somebody here?

If this is insured and being paid by insurance, the car will belong to them

Was it the car the started burning, or was it the house/garage that started burning
and the car burned because of it?
If you have insurance on the house, it "should" cover it... You'll have to talk with
    the house insurance company.
