Part ID and function help

    What does this part do? It's on the inside of the passenger seat, it seems to be some sort of sensor that gets triggered if the seat folds forward too far.

    Its probably something to do with the passenger airbag sensor, the one that detects whether there's someone sitting on the passenger seat.
