Rear Washer Fluid Tube Replacement

My wife's Prius was mysteriously leaking washer fluid. Nothing was coming out of the bottom of the car when we filled it. The sprayer would work for a couple days and then it would be empty again. Investigation yielded a wet floor on the rear passenger side. I'm sure that the washer fluid tube to the back wiper has a break in it. I was able to access it (to some degree) by removing some of the plastic trim in the cabin.

The oem replacement shows a continuous tube from the front assembly to the rear assembly. Ideally I would like to find the leak and put a junction in, but I may want to replace the whole tube.

What is the best way to tackle this? Accessing the tubing leading into the rear hatch and the passthrough from the engine bay to the footwell appear to be the tricky spots. Any tips, guides, or pictures anyone can offer? It seems that lots of folks have done this before, but I haven't seen any pictures and it's difficult to identify where to start. Needless to say, I don't want to start taking parts off willy nilly and potentially breaking plastic fasteners.

So I found out the wet spot was from a water bottle left in the car .

Trying to track down the problem area... Took off the fender liner, glovebox, and the plastic bits on the interior. No apparent leaks from what could feel. Filled the tank to the brim with washer fluid. Inspected again, nothing. Sprayed a bunch through the back and front to try to pressurize the system a bit. No wetness anywhere along the line to the back. I could not access the line leading from the rear support beam to the hatch however (about a foot and a half). No wetness anywhere around the reservoir or the lines leading to the hood.

Sprayed a lot through to try to exacerbate the issue. I was getting fluid in a couple places. A lot of fluid on either side of the trunk lid (from the rear washer) and the rocker panel vents, front and rear on both sides (I assume from the front washer). There was also a drip drip drip from a hose behind the passenger wheel that isn't connected to anything. From what I've read, this is the outlet for the A/C condensate and perfectly normal.


So it appears that there is no leak, but still losing fluid very fast (but not visibly so). Asked the wife about her washer fluid usage to see if there was an operator issue. Not my best move.

Anywho, I filled it just above the fill pipe gasket yesterday and I'll check the level today.

Maybe someone can help me....? Please?
