Most of the 'experts' out there don't know the difference between Title32 stuff(National Guard) and Title 10(military.)

2 Trivia questions:
When was the last time that the National Guard was federalized in the US for riot control?
Did they carry loaded weapons?

I personally have seen NatGuard patrolling US streets, with loaded weapons, a time or two under Title 32.

From the context, he wasn't necessarily referring to everyone, likely just the Christians with some connection to Turning Point Action.
