Are you glad you did it? Which do you find are brighter? Anything you wish you'd known before you did it or advise to someone considering it?
I looked at lots of LEDs. I did not want to want crazy bright (but illegal) lights, did not want to have 4 loud little LED fans running and did not want to spend a fortune. I got BEAMTECH LEDs H11 from Amazon and installed the low beams. The BEAMTECH have a big square heat sink on the end which make them easy to maneuver and twist into place. Now I am all LED in front because I replaced the high beams with BEAMTECH (two years ago). Back in 2022 I took out the headlight housing to replace the little driving lights above the high beams. If you remove the housings from front the fender you can do high beam, low beam, and DRL at same time. The BEAMTECH may be not best but but they were powerful, easy to install and relativity cheap. By the way if you replace the rear license plate lamps with little LEDs you not have any more "burnt out" license plate lights.
I upgraded to SEALIGHT Scoparc S1 H11 back in 2020 and it still seems to have the same brightness and reliability as first installed in 2020. They have now discontinued that model and have a newer version. I got the heatsink version because I don't like the idea of a fan running. The Sealight version had the flattest heatsink version available and still seem to be today. Space was tight and their version fits the best for my V. Before that I was changing out the H11 halogen version every year. When installing make sure the plastic cable will not rub against any metal parts because over time it can wear out the plastic and expose the wire. Hasn't happened but just an FYI.
