Thanks all. Problem solved. It was a 7.5 fuse under the hood. Thanks again to everyone

Where is teh starter relay located? I have the same issue but all fuses test good. The AM2 was blown previously, but I've replaced it and it worked for a few minutes, now everythign is back to dead.

Battery is resting at 12.04v. There's power on both sides of the AM2. The door ajar light flashes on the dash, but nothing happens when I press the start button. When it did this before, it was the Am2. New fuses and every fuse under the dash and under the hood are good. Where does the power travel to after the AM2? To the ignition relay? I just ordered a Genuine Toyota 82641-47020 Integration Relay. Can anybody help to say if I'm on the right track?

Have you figured out why the fuse burned out?

Yes, the inverter pump was locked up. I replaced that. Pump came on, fluid moving. All good there. I can also connect 12v to the pump directly and it pumps. AM2 has power on both sides. What is between the AM2 and the ignition / dash lighting up? ( I greatly appreciate you responding btw) This is my daily driver
