My friend over filled my coolant Resovoir over the full line by an inch.

Is it safe for me to use a turkey baster to remove the excess coolant?

Any replies would be appreciated thanks

Yes, remove the excess coolant. A turkey baster will work.

I would wash the baster really well before November or just buy a new one, lol.

After service at my local Toyota Dealer I noticed that the fluid in the HV Coolant tank was at the “min” line. I complained to the service adjuster (bad idea) and he filled the tank to the “max” line. He didn’t tell me that the fluid would rise when cold. Well it did and now the tank looks like this.

I’m not going the baster way. There is still room for expansion before the tank overflows. Lesson learned. PriusChat is smarter than my local Toyota service adjuster. :(
