finger touch on display screen not working

    The other day I went to change the radio station on the display screen and it wouldn't do anything. If i touch around the screen in different places I can change one channel but nothing else. I can't change CDs or even use the touch screen to turn off the display. Can't figure out what's wrong or how to fix. I can change the stations on my steering wheel and do everything I want to on the other buttons everywhere BUT the touch screen. Any ideas?

    It would be good to list the year and type of radio you have.

    Also if your radio has a 5 digit number on the front, those should be directly swappable from what I've heard, so you can buy one on eBay and plug it in and it would work exactly the same. For example on the bottom right under the screen this one is "57031" 2012 2013 2014 2015 Toyota Prius Radio 57031 Receiver Display Screen 8614047050 | eBay

    I have a 2010 and it is a JBL stereo, I'll check out the other site, thank you
