I hit a deer while back and it took out my right side signal light assembly. The plug still works but I dont know if I could put a whole new assembly in. The bumper on that side was not dragging the ground but pretty damaged. I ran a bungy to make it more stable. I hate not giving a signal. Any ideas to rig something up easy using that plug that would be lighter and less bulky than the whole assembly.
Photos would be needed to give better suggestions. You can take off the lower covers and bumper without a jack and 10mm. Tape off the lower portions of the headlights to avoid scratching the plastic on reassembly. Drift stitch the damage then grab a used signal housing and secure it (L brackets/zip ties).
