Okay great Not necessarily the inverter pump did that but doesn't really matter You need to have a good working inverter pump regardless of your gas mileage My mileage goes up and down according to driving air conditioner use amount of people in the car whether I'm towing my plastic trailer all kinds of things affect mileage.

I had been averaging 41.3 mpg for the last 2 years...After replacing the INVERTER-I've been averaging 43.2 mpg[/QUOTE] I see changes in my gas mileage every time I sit in the car and that thing I think on the MFD is showing you average miles per gallon I go by what goes out and what goes back in and that's that I've been in my car and have its sitting at 51.2 mi per gallon for 300 mi of driving which is approximately just coming at a half a tank That's what the car says or shows. I stop immediately at Sheetz and fill up with the same methodology that I've been using for 20 years and I put 6.4 gallons into the car until the first stop and then drag in the last four tenths of a gallon to 6.8 and this takes about two and a half maybe 3 minutes and back on the road If I was really getting 51.8 mi to the gallon that 6.8 gallons would carry me quite a bit more than that oh well
