Prius screen picture.jpg Prius screen picture.jpg I took my 2013 Prius v (wagon) in for service a couple weeks back. They did the recent recall update. The very next morning my navigation screen began to display as a white background when I turned on my car. After a few seconds would switch back to normal color. Over the last two weeks (it is back in the dealership for the second time with the issue), it now has the white background for as long as 10 minutes before it switches. It continues to get worse. My daughter says "Mom, the colors are inverted". Has anyone experience this?

Is Contrast adjustable? Could just be that.

Contrast IS adjustable but adjusting it does not bring the white blown-out background back down to normal. Sometimes takes a few minutes and it corrects itself but the problem returns.

Seems to be temperature dependent, then. Was the head unit removed to to the service?

This just started happening to me. The screen colors are inverted. Mine is no longer on warranty.

Can you share if you fixed yours or how?

    Thanks!

I'm having that same issue as well... the display starts with that inverted color, and stays that way for some time, up to about 10 minutes for me as well. Sometimes it switches immediately, but that period in which it's inverted can vary widely and randomly... I would also like to know if anyone else has had this issue and has resolved it!

Started happening to is about two months ago. We moved “up country” about a year ago; temp nightly average about 70f in garage. Display goes normal after about 1-2 minutes. 569518AE-9D8F-4548-A9D7-F9DFCEC99D69.jpeg 4E9E4511-924F-4182-A659-1B8E9BF92E80.jpeg

My 2013 Prius 3 now has the same inverted color display problem. Has anyone found a fix for this?

Apologies for the topic switch, but where did you buy the wooden trim panels for your wagon? Thanks
