    @rjparker

    Definitely not looking for friends here.

    There are too many bad apples here and they are a bad influence to others, which then makes them all rotten.

    Please keep from posting here unless you have purchased or had work done with Hybrid Pit.

    I do not want this thread to be bombarded with comments that have nothing to do with Hybrid Pit

    Thank you

    @Brian1954

    I grew tired of the conversation with him and his repeated question, which he already knows the answer to, but you do not know tmr-jwap as long as I have here.

    My Blitz intake is the same one they are selling and they have labeled it wrong.

    My description is accurate because I know what I bought and what it is.

    Yes I am fully aware of the differences between a cold air and warm air intake and I did not say I had both.

    The Blitz intake does outperform the stock intake for sure and I just wanted to make my Prius faster and it is.

    You can find my thread on the JET performance MAF sensor just search for it.

    Yes money is spent but there are true gains.

    Please refrain from your comments that are not on topic with the thread.

    If you have not made a purchase or had work done by Hybrid Pit then your constant childish comments are not needed.

    I know that this was not directed to me, but I had to add the following.
    Look who is being the bully now!
    I remember that I asked two people not to hijack a different thread, and you said that I was acting like a bully.

    This is directed to you though, because the BIG difference is, this is a thread I created and the one you were in telling people the same thing was not one created by you.

    I found the thread: https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3321395

    Thank you.

    FYI, JET performance (jetchip.com) does not have a MAF sensor listed for sale any longer for a Gen 3 Prius on their website. I wonder why that is?

    I did not even consider this. The few thousands of dollars that AzusaPrius has spent on modifications on his Prius, in my opinion, is NOT enough weight reduction to impact the MPG in his car. Maybe if he spent tens of thousands of dollars, then I would agree with you.

    Hybrid Pit Stop does seem to have a dual personality: their engine rebuilds are a godsend, but Prius “performance” offerings, I don’t get.

    Also, their conversion to spin-on oil filter “kit”, at $185 USD, is absurdly more than what I paid through Amayama, with shipping, in CDN dollars. Hybrid Pit Stop link:

    Toyota Prius Oil Filter Conversion kit for Toyota Prius 2010 - 2015 - 2ZR Engine

    excerpt of my Amayama receipt, which also included ~$24 CDN of wiper blade inserts, is attached.

    So roughly $100 CDN (~$75 USD), all-in, through Amayama, versus $185 USD, plus shipping, through Hybrid Pit Stop. To be fair, their kit includes a filter. :rolleyes:

    I know that this is off topic, but may I ask?

    How did you determine the correct MAF sensor to purchase for your Prius?

    Their website (jetchip.com) is not very user friendly. I search by vehicle and put in a Gen 3 Prius and only two items come back in the search. Neither one of them is a MAF sensor. If you pull up all the MAF sensors that they sell, you see 7 pages worth of sensors, but they do not say what vehicles they are used for.

    @Brian1954

    Lets go to the proper thread for the item you are inquiring about.

    Can we not ruin this thread people? This is the main reason why I don’t visit this chat as much as before.

    Finally I was able to break down his old engine and found the issue:
