Bluetooth Connection

    2010 Prius, At one time I was able to connect my cell phone to Blue Tooth, now I can't I've tried other devices and still can't get them to connect, Any suggestions are appreciated

    I have the same issue with my 2012. I add my bluetooth, when I turn the car off it disappears. When I delete the prior owner's bluetooth it comes back when I turn the car off then on again. And it wipes out mine. I have tried everything! Deleting a bunch of times, unplugging the battery, nothing fixes this! Anyone?
