Prius C 4 will hit 400K in 20 miles. Replaced both batteries already. Who here has hit 400K and what To expect? How long might she go onto? Mostly freeway driving at 75 mph. Oil changes every 10K

    Pre-congratulations!

We sure don't have that many miles yet, but if you're running a pool for the finish line? I'll take 103 months after the hybrid battery replacement date.

Kind of crazy to be so excited to hit 400 K but she’s been a good little car. She’s been hit. I’ve driven over center divider. She takes a lacking and she keeps ticking. Praise the Lord she keeps going. I’ve lived a lot of life in this car people like why aren’t you getting a new car? Why still running? I wish you 400 K also

Why do u have to cover the lic plate to post a pic? It is after all there for on your car for the world to see already.....or do u cover it when u drive the car? And is there something people can do to you with your plate number that I don't know about?

In some states you can look up the plate and stalk the owner or steal the car.

In response to issues after 400k - just about anything could go out but I would bet on battery repeats followed by an engine.

Overall it is a better engine than our bigger 1.8L’s.

Can you cite the source that allows one to do such?

LEO, teachers, judges have sealed personal info from public view, yet their pic plates and vins still show.....

    Please cite source

Mine has 333k city miles. Expect the waterpump to go at any moment. Replace the thermostat with it since it's right there. Congrats on 400k!

Nope, doesn't leak or burn any oil, however I've been using 5w-30 instead of 0w-20 since hitting 100k, so maybe the higher viscosity is keeping it from leaking. Oh, and I've used ATP-205 twice, which probably helped. Engine is bone dry, I'm surprised myself. I do deliveries so yeah, it's all city miles, and I drive like a lunatic lol

Why did you used ATP-205 if you did not had any leaks or oil consumption?

That's impressive, these engines can take on abuse like that. Do you change the oil every 5,000 miles or when it's close to 8,000 miles?
