Is it just one, or all of them? Front or back?
Could be the wire harness or lightbulb itself if its a single light. Id first get a $3 circuit tester to make sure you are even getting any current to your harness. Sometimes things can short between the battery and the fuse, in which case the fuse does not blow first, but your wire does. Id poke the holes of where the fuse goes with the circuit tester and one of the holes your circuit testers light will pop up. If both dont show any light, then you know its before your fuse or a switch problem.

Yea front and back don’t work at all , my car does not have flasher Relay instead it is controllers by Chip in speedometer cluster , I am not getting the indicators showing up in the cluster either so I am not sure where the break in the line is but I noticed when I tried to tests with Tech stream on the cluster it would lose communication with the car so I am thinking my main ecu harness might have gotten damaged , I removed the chip that does the flashing in Prius V and resoldered it still no change , I could replace that chip it will have to come from china and takes month or get used instrument cluster for 100$ maybe even go to junkyard and pull the main harness the one that goes from the inverter to fuse box

Just know If you get an instrument cluster youll have to recode your key with techstream so the antitheft system will allow it to put car in drive. But yea, junkyards your best bet. Have you tested to see if the circuit board gets power when you do turn your signals?

Yes that’s the test I did and tech stream loses connection to the ecu , I tried it on different Prius and everything is ok with the connection so I don’t know how the ecu is involved In this problem or where to begin to trace the wires back
