    Oh yeah I didn’t even notice that some screenshots have 10 and some have 14; that’s super odd.

    There is a reason why the car would not start and that is because the pack voltage is way too low.

    I know how to read the Dr. Prius app.

    The bad 12v was draining the HV battery.
    Now your old OEM battery is trash and most likely all the bus bars have corrosion.

    Read post #1 again. The 12v battery was replaced, and there have not been any problems starting the car after that was done.

    The HV battery pack voltages shown in post #17 screenshots are low because only 10 of the 14 battery blocks are being read and added together to determine the total HV battery pack voltage. So there is a problem with the OBD2 adapter OR the Dr Pruis app when the three screenshots were taken.

    I am guessing that there is no problem with the HV battery pack in this car, and it will be good for several more years of usage. The two screenshots shown in post #14 look good.

    EDIT: You should reasses what you wrote in post #21 and 25.

    Great catch Brian!!!!!!

    Has to be the adapter the app will not glitch out like that.

    What OBD2 bluetooth adapter did you purchase, and where did you buy it from?
