I looked into these, and recently got an emailed 'recall notice' for 2Gen battery packs. Is the pack you have subject to that recall?
I think he is using the word recall incorrectly. It is not a safety issue. I'm not sure if I have the 2.0 or 2.5 modules. I purchased right around the cross over point when the updated ones got announced. I would have to take it apart to see if there are vent holes on the bottom of the modules. If they are the older 2.0 ones, I would happily ship them to NexCell for the free upgrade and he could ship them to you after the update.
2 hours. I wouldn't mind delivering it and installing it for you. It's better to remove the NiMH batteries when they're cold and deflated.
No sorry, I have a balanced NiMH battery I am reinstalling. Thanks though! Bonus: by buying this you don't have to give up your stock battery, and that's gives you the option to reinstall it if you decide to sell it one day. Which is exactly what I did here.
