Dr. Prius affecting EV mode?? I'm probably crazy.

Hello friends, I figured out the last issue I posted about. However, I have noticed a new issue. My Prius keeps having an issue going into EV mode. This is mitigated drastically if I have Dr. Prius running and overriding the fan of the hybrid system battery under special features in the app. Additionally, the following codes are actively spawning: P0171, P0101., and P0441. I have added new sparkplugs, coil packs, a thermostat, and a water pump. I have access to Techstream if needed if you have additional recommendations.

 

Yeah, the engine seems to struggle sometimes to cut off into EV mode. I'm at 165k.
