Unable to activate Services Connect features

    Surely I am not the only person to encounter this. Cannot get the app to fully link with the vehicle and active the Drive Connect services. It links to the app but then returns an error message with a Contact Support button and neither Services Connect support or the IT team they escalated it to nor Brand Engagement can figure out why. They attempted to completely remove and reset my profile on their end but that has not solved the problem either. Aside from that error message, the app states I have no subscriptions available but they consistently report they see all the included subscription trials active on their end and cannot figure out why I cannot see them and cannot access them.

    Anyone????

    I have the same problem when I picked up my XLE this weekend. Looking for help too.

    That happened to me at the dealer; a specialist had to come out and help the salesperson hook it up. They tried several times, and still got the same error message; the only way they finally got it set up was that he went through 'the back end' of something where I couldn't follow to get it done. I would suggest you go back to the dealer to get it resolved. I hope your dealer has an expert there as well for the Connected Services.

    I was able to get my connected services to finally link up. There is a video on youtube that can help you set it up.

    Since I am still new, I cannot send links until I get to 4 responses.

    The process is straightforward and hopefully works for you.

    Try turning the car off and on again. It may allow the code to send...

    Can't connect here. Picked up a Prime SE this weekend. Get an error that I have no subscriptions. Tried all the tricks (uninstall, reinstall, delete app, reload app, scan QR, enter manually, remove vehicle, reenter vehicle) and nothing. Put a ticket in with Toyota. I did have it linked to my account before picking it up so I don't know if that screwed anything up.

    I had a similar problem, and I also had created an account before. It took Toyota a few weeks after I called for them to figure it out.

    I was able to connect once Toyota looked at the ticket I submitted and added the services. Everything works fine now.

    Funny thing, after I got my second key, I got a letter from Toyota to schedule an appointment for my second key.
