Won't go into ready mode - already replaced 12v battery

    Would not go into ready mode.
    Bought brand new 12v battery. ( previous battery was 8 years old - 11.7 volts off / 11.3 volts on )
    Charged new battery on 1amp NOCO Genius charger for about 18 hours.
    Will still not go into ready mode.

    System off:
    12.57 volts at battery terminal
    12.54 volts at fuse box
    System on:
    12.33 volts at battery terminal
    12.22 volts at fuse box

    Live voltage data provided by VEEPEAK OBDCheck BLE + Car Scanner
    11.2 - It drops to 10.7 when I press on the brake pedal.
